Our Services
Handcrafted furniture and woodworking expertise
What We Create
Each service represents decades of accumulated skill applied to your specific needs
Custom Dining Tables
The centrepiece of family gatherings deserves individual attention. We build dining tables sized precisely for your space, designed around how your household actually uses the dining room. From intimate four-person settings to extended family configurations seating twelve.
Handcrafted Chairs
Seating that welcomes extended conversations. Our chairs balance ergonomic comfort with visual elegance, built using traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery that outlasts modern fastener-dependent construction methods.
Bespoke Cabinets
Storage solutions that enhance rather than merely occupy space. We design cabinets that fit precisely into your architecture, whether built-in library shelving, kitchen cabinetry, or freestanding display cases.
Wood Restoration
Antique and heirloom furniture carries stories worth preserving. We restore damaged pieces using period-appropriate techniques, matching original finishes and replacing components with historically accurate materials when necessary.
Custom Shelving
Wall-mounted or freestanding systems designed around your collection. Whether displaying books, art, or curated objects, our shelving integrates structural integrity with visual refinement.
Furniture Consultation
Not certain what you need? Our consultation service helps clarify requirements, assess existing pieces, and develop a coherent approach to furnishing your space. The consultation fee applies toward any subsequent project.
Material Selection
Pricing reflects our standard timber options: locally sourced maple, oak, and cedar. Premium woods including black walnut, cherry, and reclaimed timber affect final pricing based on availability and sourcing requirements.
During your consultation, we discuss material options appropriate to your project, showing actual samples so you can see and feel the wood that will become your furniture.
We maintain relationships with responsible forestry operations across British Columbia and source reclaimed materials from architectural salvage specialists throughout western Canada.
Project Timeline
Understanding what to expect during the creation process
Consultation: 1-2 Weeks
Initial discussions, space assessment if needed, and design direction. For complex projects, this phase may involve multiple conversations.
Design Finalisation: 1-3 Weeks
Detailed drawings, material selection, and final pricing. You approve the complete plan before workshop production begins.
Production: 4-12 Weeks
Workshop creation varies by complexity. Simple chairs may take four weeks. Large dining tables or multi-piece commissions require longer.
Finishing and Delivery: 1-2 Weeks
Final finishing, quality inspection, and white-glove delivery to your location. We install and position each piece personally.
Our Guarantee
Every piece leaves our workshop with a lifetime structural guarantee against defects in materials or craftsmanship. This covers joinery integrity, not normal wear or deliberate damage.
We also offer maintenance services for pieces we have created. Refinishing, minor repairs, and protective treatment help your furniture age gracefully over decades of use.
Should any structural issue arise within the lifetime of your furniture, we repair or replace the affected components at no additional cost.
