Data Transfers
As we are based in Canada, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in Canada. Canada has been recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.
Data Retention
We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, typically:
- Enquiry data: 2 years from last contact
- Project and contract data: 7 years after project completion
- Marketing preferences: Until you withdraw consent

Complaints
If you believe that we have not complied with your data protection rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For EEA residents, this would be the data protection authority in your country of residence.
